If I step away from the restaurant for a few days, things start to slip. 

I often feel like I’m holding everything together in my head.

Certain people on my team carry most of the responsibility while others wait to be told what to do.

We fix problems, but the same issues seem to return in different forms.

I find myself regularly repeating the same instructions or corrections to the same people. 

Training looks fine on paper, but it frequently breaks down during real, busy shifts. 

Most important decisions still come through me, even when I shouldn’t be involved. 

My team checks with me before acting—even when they likely know the answer.  

I’m busy all the time, but I’m not confident the business is becoming easier to run.  

The restaurant relies more on my personal effort than on a clear, predictable structure.
